Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts seeks a Senior Regional Director of Sales, APAC, based in Singapore corporate office, to oversee APAC Worldwide Sales Offices and drive revenue growth across all segments—Group, Travel Industry, Business Travel, and Wholesale.

You will lead a diverse, mostly remote team across Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Sydney and Mumbai, collaborating with the VP Commercial APAC and SVP Sales. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of experience leading sales people in the luxury market; on property experience preferred.
• Willing to travel within the region – approximately 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales leadership for APAC Worldwide Sales Offices by segment.
• Drive net-revenue growth and share from top accounts in Group and TI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve regional objectives.
• Develop and implement events and ROI-focused sales strategies.
• Monitor pipelines and sales metrics to improve effectiveness.
