Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in humanitarian/development programs.
• Experience designing proposals, donor reporting, and MEAL systems.
• Proven ability to manage grants and donor-funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programs.
• Develop high-quality proposals aligned with donor requirements.
• Maintain detailed implementation plans, schedules, and MEAL frameworks.
• Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget; manage risks and resources.
• Coordinate with partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
