Job summary

Vistas Global in Doha, Qatar seeks a Manager, Health Programs to oversee end-to-end delivery of health initiatives. You will design programs, coordinate resources, monitor performance and ensure regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities include strategy development, budgeting, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. A health management background with leadership experience and strong analytics is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Healthcare Management; Essential. Master's in related field preferable. PCC: Master’s or equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Quality, Public Health, Business or related discipline desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop health program strategies with Director and policies in mind.
• Plan, budget, execute and report health programs within approved plans.
• Engage health-sector leaders and stakeholders to build support and capacity.
• Organize quarterly/annual Health Program meetings and report progress.
• Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts and resource requirements.
• Research emerging opportunities and ensure alignment with policies.
• Establish and monitor program metrics and indicators for continuous improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management for programs.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and teams.
• Oversee media activities and communications related to programs.
