Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering operational results.
• Experience in transportation sectors (airlines, shipping, rail, freight).
• Experience managing large, complex operations or facilities.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Cargo Operations compliance strategy aligned with objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead an integrated governance framework covering safety, security, quality and risk management.
• Oversee regulatory and industry compliance across the global cargo network.
• Drive a proactive safety, security and compliance culture with governance and accountability.
• Establish audit, monitoring and incident governance programmes and lead corrective actions.
• Own the Cargo Operations Management System and ensure policy implementation.
• Drive digitalisation and continuous improvement to enhance compliance and performance.
• Provide governance reporting and insights to support leadership decisions.
• Partner with regulators and stakeholders to strengthen global standards.
