Confidential Careers is seeking a TAX Risk Management Consultant to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive risk framework for the TAX Authority in the GCC region.

You will oversee risk assessment, internal controls, compliance monitoring, and reporting to senior management, with a focus on tax laws across GCC. The role requires 15+ years in risk management, fluent English, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, law, or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certification in risk management is preferred.
• 15+ years proven experience in a risk management role within a tax or related organization.
• In-depth knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and GCC business practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Risk assessment across all tax entity functions with documentation of risks.
• Develop and maintain a GCC-focused risk management framework and appetite.
• Define roles, accountability and deliver risk awareness training.
• Design and implement internal controls to mitigate identified risks and ensure tax compliance.
• Monitor compliance and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders.
