Employment seeks a detail-oriented Garage Admin to oversee administrative operations in our Doha workshop. You will manage maintenance schedules, parts inventory, service tracking, and records while supporting the workshop team to maintain efficient operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of garage administration or fleet coordination, knowledge of maintenance processes, and proficiency in MS Office. English fluency is essential, with additional language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have diploma or bachelor’s degree in business admin, logistics or related field.
• 3–5 years of garage administration, workshop coordination, or fleet management experience preferred.
• Fluency in English; Hindi/Urdu or Arabic a plus.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and update maintenance records for vehicles, equipment, and machinery.
• Coordinate routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs with mechanics and supervisors.
• Track work orders, job cards, and service completion status for all equipment.
• Manage spare parts inventory: ordering, receiving, stocking, and issuing parts and consumables.
• Maintain records of parts consumption, reorder levels, and supplier information.
• Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering of parts and workshop supplies.
• Prepare equipment history files including service logs, repairs, and costs.
• Track fuel consumption, oil changes, and lubricant usage for all assets.
• Assist in preparing maintenance budgets and cost reports.
• Coordinate inspections for insurance, registration, and compliance.
• Liaise with external service providers for specialized repairs.
• Maintain workshop consumables inventory (oils, greases, filters, tools).
• Prepare monthly reports on equipment availability, downtime, and maintenance costs.
• Support workshop team with filing, data entry, and document control.
