Job summary

Amentum is seeking a FHE Refueler Mechanic to supervise reconstitution, preservation and maintenance of USAF Fuels Support Equipment and vehicle assets. You will ensure compliance with USAF requirements and the Amentum QMS while supporting safe, efficient operation across multiple movement modes.

The role demands experience in fuels maintenance, ability to read technical publications, and readiness for TDY in the AOR as required by tasking.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience as a Fuels Technician.
• Proficient in reading and understanding technical publications.
• Able to operate PCs and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reconstitution, preservation and maintenance of USAF Fuels Support Equipment and assets.
• Perform Limited Technical Inspections (LTI) within guidelines.
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous materials per SOP and proper PPE usage.
• Inspect and prepare assets for air/land/sea movement.
• Maintain tool/equipment serviceability and secure storage.
• Complete work orders accurately and on time.
