Experience is seeking a security operations professional to support an enterprise Fortinet environment in Doha. You will manage FortiGate NGFW, FortiWeb, FortiSandbox, FortiADC, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer, while coordinating across multi-site SD-WAN fabric.

Expect hands-on configuration, incident response, and change management with strict SLA adherence, plus collaboration with vendor TAC and cross-functional teams to maintain a secure, compliant network estate.

Qualifications

• Operational support in large-scale, multi-site enterprise networks.
• Hands-on Fortinet stack expertise across FortiGate, FortiWeb, FortiSandbox, FortiADC, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.
• SD-WAN operations with incident handling and change management to SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day operational support for an enterprise Fortinet security estate.
• Assist with configuration, incident response and troubleshooting across NGFW, WAF, Sandbox, ADC and SD-WAN fabric.
• Coordinate with vendor TAC and handle change management to defined SLAs.
