Job summary

Pullman Hotels & Resorts in Doha is seeking a Heartist® to supervise daily restaurant operations, lead the floor during service, and deliver warm, attentive hospitality with a focus on Italian dining standards. You will train and coach the service team, manage reservations and seating, ensure product quality, and collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth communication and high guest satisfaction.

Experience in premium dining and strong leadership are preferred, with familiarity of POS

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant service or supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and communication for guest-first service.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and team coordination.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine is advantageous.
• Italian language proficiency is a plus.
• Organized and able to manage busy service periods.
