Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Doha. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage project budget and make cost‑saving decisions when necessary.
• Oversee the selection of materials and equipment used in construction projects.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure projects meet quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Valid visa for working in Doha; visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Salary

1700$ per month, negotiable based on experience.
