Job summary

Fine Dining Restaurant Group (Qatar) seeks a Director of Operations to oversee day-to-day performance across all outlets and the central kitchen. You will drive profitability, ensure service excellence, and implement scalable systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in restaurant operations, GCC multi-unit experience, and fluency in Arabic and English. You will lead diverse teams and collaborate with finance, procurement, and HR to support expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of restaurant operations experience.
• GCC multi-unit restaurant operations management experience.
• Proven expertise in food cost control, labor management, inventory systems and waste reduction.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all locations and central kitchen.
• Drive profitability while maintaining guest experience and service excellence.
• Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to meet targets.
• Lead restaurant managers and operational teams to achieve objectives.
• Support new openings from planning through launch and stabilization.
• Establish SOPs, manuals and training programs.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, marketing and HR.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and local laws.
