Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking a Manager Finance Transformation to lead the redesign of critical finance processes through innovative technology. You will act as SME and key member of the leadership team, delivering efficiency and strategic alignment across Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Sales to Cash, FP&A, and more.

In this role you will shape the finance Target Operating Model, manage project budgets, drive change management, and own post-implementation systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience.
• 8+ years of experience in business transformation and ERP implementation (Oracle/SAP).
• 4+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in managing operational finance: Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Sales to Cash, Direct Operating Costs, FP&A, Treasury, Governance Risk and Compliance, Tax etc.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute finance transformation strategy across processes.
• Lead delivery of integrations of acquired businesses into finance systems.
• Design, build, test and manage all phases of finance transformation projects.
• Define target operating model with Finance leadership.
• Manage change, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Own post-transformation finance systems and processes.
• Ensure data governance and regulatory compliance.
