Job summary

Ooredoo Qatar is seeking a Senior Manager Planning & Reporting to lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for multiple business units. You will ensure timely, accurate financial information for executives and the group, while embedding governance and advanced analytics to enable strategic decision-making.

The role requires a Master’s in Finance or related field and at least 10 years in a similar role, preferably within telecommunications.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration required.
• 10 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in financial reporting for a large telecommunications company.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead end-to-end financial planning cycle including AoP and BP, budgeting, forecasting.
• Lead the Management reporting processes with weekly, monthly, quarterly reports.
• Drive annual budget and rolling forecast cycles with strong financial discipline.
• Ensure robust financial controls, governance, and data integrity per IFRS and policies.
• Lead budget allocation to BUs, perform monthly variance analysis with explanations and actions.
• Design and structure reports for management and BUs.
• Produce reports on time with high accuracy and automate processes where possible.
• Share results with BUs and management, provide recommendations.
• Conduct segment/product profitability analysis.
• Partner with BUs as trusted finance advisor for commercial decisions.
• Coordinate corporate scorecard design, target setting, and performance tracking.
• Drive adoption of digital tools, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Planning & Reporting team.
