Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in contracting or construction sectors.
• Experience with financial statements, management reporting and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial activities within the organization, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Manage financial reporting processes including statements, management reports and disclosures.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure governance.
• Provide financial guidance to department heads and project managers for decisions and resource allocation.
• Manage relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.
