The role requires advanced professional certification (CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA) and a Master’s degree, with extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• MBA or finance-related master’s preferred.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA/CA or equivalent professional certification highly preferred.
• Experience leading financial operations and teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy aligned with objectives.
• Direct annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Oversee financial reporting, statutory statements, and IFRS compliance.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships and funding.
• Establish internal controls and risk management frameworks; coordinate audits.
• Lead and develop the finance team; drive accountability and performance.
• Engage with auditors, regulators, banks, and investors on financial matters.
