Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Doha seeks an Accounts Supervisor - Payables & Control to support dealership operations, budgeting, and MIS, ensuring compliance with company policies.

You will supervise the full AP cycle, verify invoices, manage vendor reconciliations, monitor aging, and drive process improvements. The role also covers fixed assets, depreciation, and coordination of audits.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, with ACCA/CPA/CMA preferred and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or commerce.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent is preferred.
• ERP experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the accounts payable cycle from invoices to payments.
• Ensure accuracy of supplier invoices and timely processing.
• Manage vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee VAT, WHT, tax compliance and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits related to payables.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
