Job summary

Anotech in Doha is seeking a senior HSEQ Lead to drive health, safety and environment governance across offshore and onshore projects. You will ensure the HSEQ management system is followed, coordinate with project teams and contractors, and lead risk assessments during FEED and EPC phases.

The role requires 8+ years in Production Operations and Projects, fluent English, and readiness for frequent vendor site visits.

Qualifications

Minimum education level: BSc in Engineering.
Operations profile with field experience in Production Operations and Projects > 8 years.
Fluent English language required.
H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET training preferred.
Familiar with standards and codes relevant to oil & gas projects.

Responsibilities

Ensure that HSE is given the highest priority on all activities.
Support and enforce the Project HSEQ management system (charters, directives, plans, procedures).
Promote HSEQ awareness of workforce at all levels through proactive actions and meetings.
Monitor work activities for unsafe acts and ensure risks are identified and mitigated (JSA).
Support updates of Operating Philosophies, Manuals and Procedures for facilities.
Participate in HAZOPs and Risk Assessments for installation and construction.
Interface with Commissioning and Site Teams to facilitate offshore execution.
Lead/Support site Operations during installation and commissioning.
Prepare feedback (REX) and contribute to handover philosophy.
