A leader in technical services is seeking an HSE Head Fabrication to oversee the implementation of health, safety, and environmental plans at their facility in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of project execution experience, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role in health and safety management. Strong communication skills and a NEBOSH Diploma are required for managing HSES risk and leading safety initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for those experienced in offshore production facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in execution of major projects, at least 12 years.
• At least 8 years in health and safety management.
• Experience in the Middle East, especially Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Implement Project Health, Safety, Environment & Security Plans.
• Coordinate with Project HSES Division Manager.
• Develop a Proactive Safety Culture at Fabrication Yard.
