Job summary

Al Shaheen Joint Venture's onshore Doha base seeks a Senior Team Lead in Electrical & HVAC to provide technical leadership, supervise maintenance activities, and guide modifications for field equipment. The role requires offshore exposure and coordination with contractors.

You will evaluate spare parts, ensure safe operations, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with project and maintenance teams. Fluent English and a strong analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• BSc in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years experience on an oil & gas field including senior technical support.
• Experience in electrical & HVAC maintenance in offshore environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills; proactive and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide Team Lead cover as required.
• Technical evaluator for electrical & HVAC spare part stock replenishment.
• Develop modifications aligned with procedures and company standards.
• Lead maintainability studies and brownfield/greenfield reviews.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management.
