Job summary

North Oil Company Qatar is seeking an experienced Offshore Supervisor for the Al Shaheen field. You will lead a small crew, manage safety, and drive production efficiency in a high-hazard offshore environment.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent, 5+ years in O&G, and relevant safety certifications. You will report to the Offshore Installation Manager and work a 28 days on/28 days off rotation with day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Hydrocarbon and process safety experience is required.
• Minimum 5 years in O&G production operations as supervisor. Certifications listed below.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 7 technicians to execute day-to-day activities.
• Promote a culture of safety and process optimization.
• Act as Permit Controller and ensure compliance with PTW processes.
