Job summary

Qureos is seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Engineer to support operation and maintenance for a large-scale utility tunnel project. You will oversee MEP systems and ensure uninterrupted functionality of critical infrastructure within the tunnel network.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, 5+ years in FM or infrastructure projects, and familiarity with CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of FM, infrastructure, or utility tunnel project experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure maintenance.
• Experience in confined spaces and critical environments preferred.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems within the utility tunnel.
• Monitor performance of power distribution, lighting, ventilation, drainage and fire & life safety.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
• Supervise on-site contractors and maintenance teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports and asset records.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Support emergency response and incident management activities.
