Job summary

Qureos is seeking an experienced Facilities Management (FM) Engineer to support operation and maintenance for a large-scale utility tunnel project. You will oversee MEP systems and ensure uninterrupted functionality of critical infrastructure within the tunnel network.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree, 5+ years in FM or infrastructure projects, and familiarity with CMMS systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of FM, infrastructure, or utility tunnel project experience.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and infrastructure maintenance.
Experience in confined spaces and critical environments preferred.
Familiarity with CMMS systems.
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee operation and maintenance of MEP systems within the utility tunnel.
Monitor performance of power distribution, lighting, ventilation, drainage and fire & life safety.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
Supervise on-site contractors and maintenance teams.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports and asset records.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
Support emergency response and incident management activities.
