Job summary
Trades App in Qatar is seeking a Facilities Engineer to support operation and maintenance of electromechanical building systems, ensuring maintenance activities are delivered safely and to technical standards. This role requires knowledge of electrical, mechanical and ELV systems, and coordination of maintenance teams.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of Facility Management experience, and is fluent in Arabic and English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' Facility Management experience.
- Experience with GCC projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and ELV systems.
- QCDD certification preferred.
- Grade B classification by Kahramaa / competent authority preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate preventive, preventive, and reactive maintenance activities.
- Monitor electrical, mechanical, ELV, HVAC, and associated electromechanical systems.
- Conduct technical inspections and identify maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical faults and recommend corrective solutions.
- Coordinate supervisors, technicians, and specialist contractors.
- Monitor system performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE and applicable technical standards.
- Prepare technical reports and maintenance recommendations.
- Support planning and supervision of technical teams.

- Good understanding of Quality Management and QHSE requirements.
