Qualifications

• Experience supervising restaurant staff.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deputize the Manager in meetings according to schedule.
• Assist in implementing SOPs throughout the restaurant.
• Respond proactively to guest queries and take appropriate action.
• Report and follow up on maintenance issues affecting service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction is monitored and rectified during meals.
• Communicate with head chef to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain mise en place and stock levels to support reservations.
• Greet guests professionally and take food and beverage orders.
• Prepare and present accurate bills and ensure proper service.
• Maintain grooming standards reflecting a professional image.
