Job summary

ember Lifestyle - Luxury Travel & Experiential Design is seeking a Director of VIP Servicing & Operations in Doha. The role leads and embeds a national VVIP hosting capability, balancing protocol, discretion, and operational excellence to safeguard Qatar's distinguished guests while shaping national hospitality standards.

Initially hands-on, the position will evolve into strategic leadership, building a Qatar-based team and partnering with HQ on strategy, governance and guest experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of senior leadership in VVIP operations, diplomatic protocol or government-level hosting within the GCC.
• Experience leading high-stakes, high-sensitivity guest engagements.
• Proven ability to operate calmly in politically nuanced or protocol-heavy environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex, high-profile VVIP itineraries with end-to-end ownership.
• Establish internal standards and contingency frameworks to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain absolute discretion in communication, escalation and decision‑making.
