Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Proficiency with SAP / Oracle ERP and MS Office suite.
• Experience in offshore/onshore logistics, procurement and import/export docs is a plus.
• Strong documentation discipline and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track POs, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to expedite critical items.
• Review supplier lead times and logistics plans to mitigate delays.
• Prioritize urgent materials for offshore/onshore operations in collaboration with procurement and project teams.
• Maintain accurate expediting records in the ERP system.
