Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related discipline.
• Extensive professional culinary experience, including executive chef or senior leadership in luxury hotels.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple restaurants, banquets, and large-scale production.
• Expertise in international cuisines with Arabic/Middle Eastern specialties.
• Experience developing menus for luxury dining, Ramadan events, and high-profile functions.
• Strong HACCP knowledge and food safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee culinary operations across all dining outlets and banquets.
• Develop innovative menus featuring international and Middle Eastern cuisines.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and service standards.
• Plan menus for Ramadan iftar and suhoor, weddings, and VIP events.
• Manage food costs, budgets, inventory, and waste reduction.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the culinary team.
• Maintain HACCP compliance and high hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to improve guest satisfaction.
• Monitor feedback and implement continuous improvement.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure fresh ingredients.
• Conduct kitchen inspections and audits.
