Job summary

Raffles Doha & Fairmont Doha recruit an Executive Chef to provide strategic culinary leadership across both brands at Katara Towers. You will lead culinary operations, set a distinctive culinary vision, and drive innovation, guest experiences and sustainability.

You will manage high-performing teams, ensure uncompromising quality, coordinate with hotel leadership, and elevate the property’s market position in luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level culinary leadership in luxury hotels.
• Experience leading multi-outlet operations and events.
• Proven financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and QA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Fluent in English with hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary strategy across Raffles Doha & Fairmont Doha.
• Oversee all outlets, banquets and events with quality and consistency.
• Develop innovative concepts, menus and guest experiences.
• Drive cost control, productivity and resource allocation.
