Job summary

Ecojob is seeking an Executive Chef in Doha, Qatar to lead the kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes, maintaining hygiene standards and driving guest satisfaction in a dynamic dining environment.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or restaurant, with a strong passion for cooking and recipe development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of executive chef experience in a hospitality setting.
• Preferably in a 5-star hotel or restaurant.
• Strong passion for cooking and creating new recipes.
• Experience in kitchen management, menu planning and training.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene while minimizing wastage.
• Manage day-to-day kitchen operations including purchasing, menu planning and staff supervision.
• Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate kitchen personnel to ensure efficiency.
• Develop new recipes and incorporate local flavors into traditional dishes.
