Job summary

Ecojob is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee the kitchen of an Egyptian restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. You will develop authentic menus, lead a team, and ensure top quality and presentation of Egyptian dishes. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume setting, with strong knowledge of Egyptian ingredients and techniques. Arabic fluency is preferred, English a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of traditional Egyptian ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
• Strong leadership and team development abilities
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus
• Must be able to obtain a work visa for Qatar

Responsibilities

• Develop menus and recipes that showcase the flavors and techniques of Egyptian cuisine
• Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to meet budget goals
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of all food items
