• Create and develop new Indian-inspired dishes that are both delicious and visually appealing
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and consistency in food preparation
• Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting for the kitchen
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen at all times

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients to continually improve menu offerings

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
• Proven ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of quality in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, spices, and flavors used in Indian cuisine
• Excellent communication skills (English speaking preferred)
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
• Must be willing to relocate to Doha if not already located there
