India Abroad is seeking a Malayalee Executive Chef to lead our luxury Ar-Ruwais, Qatar kitchen. You will oversee menu planning, food prep, and team leadership to deliver exceptional dining.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in executive chef roles in 5-star or fine dining, strong knowledge of Indian Malayalee cuisine, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Malayalam language (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a 5-star hotel or fine dining setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine with focus on Malayalee dishes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative menus that cater to diverse clientele.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation.
• Manage inventory and maintain proper stock levels.
• Train and develop kitchen staff in culinary techniques.
• Ensure dishes meet company standards and recipes.
