This role reports to the Commercial Manager and will work on a broad range of building projects across Doha.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate costings and budget estimates at pre-contract and tender stage.
• Scrutinize tender drawings and documentation.
• Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BoQs).

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years experience working for international building contractors in the capacity of Estimator or Senior Estimator.
• Degree level education.
• Experience in the Middle East is required.
• If currently in Qatar, must be able to demonstrate that you have a NOC to undertake a new position.
