Construction Manager for Contract Project in Doha, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our contract project in the bustling city of Doha, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to procurement and execution. This position is ideal for an individual with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing successful construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient completion of the project
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards
• Manage procurement processes and negotiate contracts with suppliers
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets high standards
• Maintain communication with clients regarding project updates and changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
