Job summary

Airswift is sourcing a Procurement Coordinator for a national operator in Qatar. The role is a long-term contract on an onshore site with potential relocation. Start ASAP, 5 days per week, 8–10 hours per day or per project needs.

The successful candidate will oversee procurement teams, manage RFQs, vendor prequalification, and ensure compliance with HSE/QA/QC and project procedures on offshore EPIC projects in Qatar.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of offshore EPIC projects and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with procurement standards within the oil and gas sector.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, expediting, inspection and logistics to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor and report progress; prepare Procurement Status Reports to Project Management.
• Assist contractors in issuing RFQs and evaluating bids.
• Support negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to select best vendors.
• Oversee long-lead item expediting in line with project requirements.
