Maseera is seeking a Procurement Coordinator for onshore Qatar operations. The role involves leading contractor procurement activities, expediting items, and coordinating with QA/QC and engineering to ensure vendor compliance and timely delivery.

The position supports RFQ issuance, bid evaluations, and vendor prequalification while aligning with client procedures and project HSE requirements. Long-term contract with potential relocation.

Qualifications

• BSc Engineering or higher is required.
• In-depth knowledge of offshore EPIC projects and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with oil and gas procurement standards.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project procurement activities and monitor progress.
• Lead procurement team including expediting, inspection and logistics.
• Assist in issuing RFQs and evaluating bids.
• Support negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors to select vendors.
• Expedite long lead items in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and engineering for vendor evaluation and audits.
