Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of experience in project management and PMO roles.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in governance structures and project methodologies.
• Arabic speaking is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies.
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and programs.
• Provide executive-level portfolio analysis and recommendations.
• Lead and develop PMO teams.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and report project status.
• Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with department heads to align objectives.
• Prepare reports and business cases for senior management.
