Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or GED with 4+ years of PM experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project planning.
• Experience in Wellhead industry and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to influence others and lead small teams.
• Proven analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project implementation and integration of work packages and constraints into project planning scenarios.
• Monitor progress and produce accurate projections.
• Ensure other functions have access to current reports and projections for the customer.
• Advise functional managers on approaches, processes and procedures in the own field.
• Lead initiatives as project leader of medium-sized projects or as a major contributor to bigger projects.
• Work goals typically take 3–6 months to complete; results horizon 2–12 months after the event.
