Job summary

Aspetar in Doha seeks an experienced Physiotherapist to provide expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for world‑class athletes. You will work with the performance medicine team to optimize health, recovery, and performance through evidence‑based care, on‑field therapy, and rapid return‑to‑play planning.

The role requires 6–8 years of professional experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Physiotherapy, and a sports physiotherapy specialization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience, incl. 2–3 years in a similar role, ideally within sport.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy; sports specialization preferred.
• Eligibility for medical licensing in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and design rehab plans aligned with performance goals.
• Apply evidence‑based interventions to prevent injuries, enhance recovery, and optimize performance.
• Monitor progress and adjust protocols for safe return to training and competition.
• Deliver on‑field therapy and emergency care during training and competitions.
• Coordinate with coaches, performance staff and medical team to optimize athlete care.
