Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, evaluate and progress patient care to maximise rehabilitation potential.
• Lead team in-service training and staff development activities.
• Develop specialization in sports physiotherapy and mentor others.
• Manage and develop physiotherapists; lead in absence to maintain service delivery.
• Maintain patient documentation and Cerner charting with accuracy.
