Job summary

QNB Group in Doha is seeking an IT professional to manage Electronic Switch systems and related applications, handling day-to-day tasks, escalation, and reporting to E-Payment Management. The role emphasises system availability, DR simulations, and compliance with security policies.

The incumbent will ensure SLA compliance, support data integrity, and collaborate across departments to maintain the bank's card issuance ecosystem and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Experience with card issuance systems and related apps.
• Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Implement KPI's and best practices for card industry and day-to-day activity.
• Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and optimise benefits for the bank.
• Maintain activities to achieve SLA improvements with internal units.
• Assist customers in queries on Bank products and provide solutions.
• Maintain records via shift logs and fault reports per procedures.
• Ensure information security for card issuance systems.
• Support RCSA, KRI, incident reporting and remediation activities.
