Job summary

Path2Success in Doha is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to drive online sales and optimize product content across platforms. You will upload and modify product listings, manage promotions, and coordinate with DMs & GMs to negotiate contracts with key e-commerce partners.

You will focus on improving content quality, availability, ratings and reviews, and search performance across PC and mobile channels, working with retailers and pure players to achieve agreed KPIs and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce operations and online content management.
• Ability to manage product listings, pricing, and origin details.
• Negotiation of contracts with key e-commerce partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute product listings with e-retailers and ensure up-to-date content.
• Ensure SKU availability across e-commerce platforms per principals guidelines.
• Negotiate contracts with key accounts for online channels.
• Coordinate with partners to implement success stories in the Qatar market.
• Agree yearly KPIs and promotions calendars with partners.
• Analyze channel performance and report gaps and growth monthly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure stock and delivery alignment.
• Address order accuracy and service levels for digital commerce customers.
• Coordinate returns discussions and communicate gaps to Sales.
• Drive e-commerce bundles and maintain 1-month cost coverage.
• Coordinate credit limits for e-commerce customers on a case-by-case basis.
• Support activation across channels and assist with account openings.
