Job summary

ALI BIN ALI is seeking an E-commerce Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Executive to deliver an exceptional online experience from order placement to delivery across digital channels. You will ensure accurate processing, timely fulfillment, proactive communication, and after-sales support, while supporting revenue growth through cross-selling and campaigns.

1–2 years in E-commerce CS or order fulfillment.
Experience on Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Salesforce Commerce or similar.
Experience using CRM or ticketing systems.
Experience coordinating with logistics providers.
Experience handling customer complaints and order management.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong customer service mindset.
Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service across all digital channels including phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service.
Provide accurate product information, availability and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with stores, warehouse, logistics and courier partners for order fulfillment.
Allocate inventory and follow up on order picking and packing.
Ensure orders are shipped within agreed timelines and monitor shipment status.
Monitor new website orders and prepare daily operational reports.
Monitor customer service KPIs and identify recurring issues.
