Job summary

High Tech Genesis Inc. seeks an experienced Technical Lead to guide a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, shaping the architecture, security, and integrations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee Dataverse design, and ensure production readiness through robust governance and testing practices. The role requires 10+ years in distributed systems, deep Java/Spring Boot expertise, and strong AWS experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience building production distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience with REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Strong AWS experience across compute, storage, networking, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with edge computing, CDN execution environments, edge workers, Lambda@Edge, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end technical architecture for Dynamics 365, integrations, portals, business rules, and supporting technologies.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary development teams.
• Design and oversee Dynamics 365/Dataverse, workflows, security, integrations, and customizations.
• Oversee APIs, system integrations, digital portals, and business rules/decision engines.
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with technical standards.
• Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, releases, and production readiness.
• Establish and oversee CI/CD, DevOps, documentation, and technical governance.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and issues and drive timely resolution.
