The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, a strong network in the Qatar market, excellent communication and closing skills, and the drive to manage relationships with gyms, schools, hotels, and government entities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in the same or similar field is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of gym equipment, sports products, flooring, or sports facility projects.
• Existing network and contacts in the Qatar market is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Very active, confident, outgoing, and results-oriented personality.
• Comfortable visiting clients and developing business outside the office.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients daily and actively search for new business opportunities.
• Develop business with gyms, schools, sports clubs, hotels, companies, contractors, consultants, and government entities.
• Promote gym equipment, sports equipment, flooring, padel, squash, and other Olympia Sports solutions.
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Follow up strongly with clients from first contact until closing the deal.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with the technical, procurement, and management teams.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular updates about market activity, competitors, and new opportunities.
