Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ material handling equipment sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets while maintaining the required gross margin.
• Guide customers through a structured sales journey covering vehicles, Finance and Insurance products, trade‑ins, and accessories.
• Promote Finance and Insurance solutions based on customer needs and business targets.
• Maximize trade‑in and dealer-installed accessory sales opportunities.
• Manage telephone, website, and walk‑in enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the relevant systems, including test‑drive and customer identification details.
• Conduct timely follow‑ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Work closely with showroom and branch management to enhance revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and development activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of products, brand campaigns, customer financing options, and competitor activities.
• Deliver a consistently professional customer experience and support customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score objectives.
