Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to deliver diesel generator sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. You will guide customers through a structured, one-stop process covering vehicles, financing, trade-ins, and accessories.

The role emphasizes achieving gross margins, upselling Finance and Insurance products, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of two years’ diesel generator sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets while maintaining the required gross margin.
• Guide customers through a structured sales journey covering vehicles, Finance and Insurance products, trade-ins, and accessories.
• Promote Finance and Insurance solutions based on customer needs and business targets.
• Maximize trade-in and dealer-installed accessory sales opportunities.
• Manage telephone, website, and walk-in enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the relevant systems, including test-drive and customer identification details.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Work closely with showroom and branch management to enhance revenue opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and development activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, brand campaigns, customer financing options, and competitor activities.
• Deliver a consistently professional customer experience and support customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score objectives.
