Job summary

QNB Group in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced Domain Operations leader to manage the Domain Support team, ensuring reliable service delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with IT standards across the bank's infrastructure.

You will drive improvements, coordinate with stakeholders across IT and business units, lead system upgrades, and ensure disaster recovery readiness and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services focused on systems management, network design, and maintenance.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage large IT teams in a 24-hour environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Domain Support team to maintain and support Domain Operations within budget.
• Ensure all bank IT areas are supported with proper systems in accordance with IT standards.
• Define KPIs and best practices for Domain Operations and oversee upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Program Directors, QA, Auditors, Compliance, and Risk functions to deliver efficient workflows.
• Oversee documentation, project requirements, and vendor selection in line with purchasing policies.
• Provide lifecycle planning for infrastructure and disaster recovery readiness.
