Job summary

QNB is seeking a Domain Support Manager to oversee assignments and resources within the Domain Support department. The role supports the Senior Manager, Domain Support and helps manage QNB systems, ensuring smooth operations and providing support to employees.

The position requires shadowing the Senior Manager on projects, deliverables, communications and technical responsibilities. The role involves overseeing Microsoft Infrastructure, .NET Application Services, security, Citrix and cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Technical Support Services.
• Specialized experience in systems technical design, implementation and maintenance across platforms.
• Experience in IT-related management.

Responsibilities

• Manage assignments and resources within the Domain Support department according to IT standards.
• Shadow Senior Manager, Domain Support on projects, deliverables, communications and technical responsibilities.
• Oversee and support Microsoft Infrastructure Services, Application Services, Security Infrastructure, Citrix and Cloud Infrastructure domains.
• Provide user guidance, troubleshooting and maintenance to QNB employees and internal customers.
