Qualifications

• Experience with children/adolescents in educational settings, preferably multicultural.
• Capacity to design and deliver SEL initiatives, group sessions and workshops.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, confidentiality and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct social-emotional support through individual and group counseling.
• Conduct crisis intervention and ongoing case management for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators and families to identify needs.
• Develop intervention plans to support behavior, attendance and academics.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of cases.
